As my first post here, I think it's a better step if I try to define the words "classy", "lady", and then we can define, what is "Classy Lady"...
According to thesaurus, classy means elegant and fashionable; "classy clothes"; "a classy dame"; "a posh restaurant"; The word itself is an adjective, can be meaning very stylish and elegant. not crude or dirty or depressing and also a deeper, more meaningful word for 'cool' (urban dictionary). After searching the internet for an answer to this question, I can define classy is "elegant".
Sometimes, Lady is normally used as a parallel to gentleman to emphasize norms expected in polite society (e.g. ladies and gentleman). In Britain, Lady is usually used as a title of honour borne by various classes of women of the peerage. Meanwhile, in modern life, lady can be defined as well-mannered and considerate woman with high standards of proper behavior.
Be a Lady, be classy
